First Alarm Relief Fund is a community-driven support initiative created to assist firefighters and their families during times of hardship.

We are not currently a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and contributions made are not tax-deductible unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All funds raised are distributed at the sole discretion of the First Alarm Relief Fund team.

By making a contribution, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All donations are voluntary 
• Donations are non-refundable 
• Contributions are made with the understanding that funds will be used to support individuals and families in need, as determined by the fund 

We do not guarantee that funds will be allocated to a specific individual unless clearly stated in a specific campaign.

Funds collected may be used for:

• Emergency financial assistance 
• Medical-related expenses 
• Family hardship support 
• Funeral or memorial costs 
• Essential living expenses (housing, utilities, food, etc.) 
• Operational costs necessary to manage and grow the fund (if applicable) 

All decisions regarding distribution of funds are made in good faith based on the information available at the time.

Submitting a request for assistance does not guarantee approval or funding.

First Alarm Relief Fund reserves the right to:

• Approve or deny any request 
• Determine the amount of support provided 
• Request verification or documentation 
• Prioritize cases based on urgency and available funds 

First Alarm Relief Fund, its owners, affiliates, and contributors shall not be held liable for:

• How recipients use the funds provided 
• Any inaccuracies in information submitted by applicants 
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of funds or participation in fundraising efforts 

All support is provided as-is, with no guarantees or warranties.

By participating in fundraising or receiving assistance, you acknowledge that:

• General information, updates, or impact stories may be shared publicly 
• Personal identifying details will be limited unless permission is given

Participation in raffles, giveaways, or merchandise purchases:

• Does not guarantee winnings (for raffles) 
• Is considered a contribution toward the fund 
• Is subject to the terms listed at the time of the event
